We meet up with you or speak with you to understand your specific requirements. We will gather as much detailed information as possible from you to create an understanding of your personal needs with this new property and location. We will then commence your home search using our relationship with the areas estate agents. When we have created a listing of properties that fit your specification, we will view these properties and discard any that we feel are not suitable to your requirements. Once these initial viewings are completed we will provide you with a detailed listing of the properties. We can then organise viewings of your chosen properties, which we can accompany you, if you require.
